We’re dedicated to the physical and mental benefits that basketball provides — enhancing strength, speed, agility, teamwork, and decision-making skills.

Through our growing network of teams and league partnerships, we create opportunities for adult players of all skill levels to compete, improve, and thrive in a supportive and positive environment.

 

League Structure:

• Three seasons per year: Spring, Summer, & Fall

• 8–10 games per season, plus playoff tournament

• $100 per season, per roster spot (includes ref. fees)
