Service Description

Looking to improve your strength, endurance, and mobility in a fresh-air setting? Join a small group or 1-on-1 workout session—right at your local park. These high-energy, full-body workouts use minimal equipment and focus on functional movement. Session includes exercises focused on strength, core, stabilization, agility, and endurance—customized to support everyday movement and long-term health. Train at your own pace. Sessions are welcoming and adaptable for all fitness levels. We’re all on of the team—staying disciplined, staying motivated, and having fun while we work toward our goals. Every session is a chance to support one another and keep each other accountable in a positive, team-driven environment. Time-efficient format: -5-minute warm-up -45-minute guided workout -10-minute cooldown Heritage Park near basketball courts. 2350 Kinsman Cir, Tustin, CA 92780 Please Bring: 1.) Exercise Mat 2.) Sweat Towel 3.) Hydration (water or electrolytes) Single Session (Drop-in): Ideal for first-time clients or those seeking flexible Saturday morning sessions. Clients must reschedule at least 12-hours in advance. NO REFUNDS or changes within the 12-hour window. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must reschedule or cancel sessions at least 12-hours in advance. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason (illness, weather, unused sessions, etc.) NO EXCEPTIONS. Sessions are non-transferable. Clients arriving late will receive remaining scheduled session time. Photos and/or videos may be taken of the clients while training for social media and/or marketing usage.
