Service Description
Personalized fitness coaching and workout programming in a commercial or private indoor gym setting. Don’t have a gym membership? We offer limited guest access at select local gyms for non-members. Each session includes functional exercises focused on strength, core, stabilization, agility, and endurance—customized to support everyday movement and long-term health. Train at your own pace. Programs are customized or all fitness levels. Time-efficient format: -5-minute warm-up -45-minute guided workout -10-minute cooldown Please Bring: 1. Sweat towel 2. Hydration (water or electrolytes) Single Session (Drop-in): Ideal for first-time clients or those seeking flexible, commitment-free training. Clients must reschedule at least 12-hours in advance. NO REFUNDS or changes within the 12-hour window. NO EXCEPTIONS.












Cancellation Policy
Clients must reschedule or cancel sessions at least 12-hours in advance. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason (illness, weather, unused sessions, etc.) NO EXCEPTIONS. Sessions are non-transferable. Clients arriving late will receive remaining scheduled session time. Photos and/or videos may be taken of the clients while training for social media and/or marketing usage.
